At Rio Innovation Week 2024, 7 of them participated prominently in panels on fintechs, international entrepreneurship and female leadership.<\/h2>\n   <\/div>\n   <div>\n      <p>The panel \u201cNational and international markets: the challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurs inside and outside Brazil\u201d, held on August 14, 2024, was moderated by our partner Caroline Frass\u00e3o, who has lived between Brazil and Luxembourg for four years.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was an opportunity to share our views on global business in an even more special way: live, alongside three Ryto clients at the same time. Executives who experience Brazil&#8217;s connection with the world every day.<\/p>\n<p>The panel included Gui Athia, an international consultant in Corporate Governance, Stakeholder Relations and ESG, based in Portugal; Jo\u00e3o LEE, CEO of Simplex, who operates in different countries, such as Brazil and France; and Freto CEO Thomas Gautier, who is French, has been in Brazil for over a decade and is an entrepreneur in the logtech area.<\/p>\n<p>The panel provided insights into cultural differences, regulatory issues and, of course, a lot of dedication to innovation.<\/p>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is the money gone? No, he just changed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The second panel with Ryto customers at Rio Innovation Week brought together leaders from the brand new financial market to talk about digital transformation in areas such as Open Finance, Payments and Credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2019, in just five years, cash has accounted for almost half of all transactions in Brazil, rising to just over 20% last year.
