The Brazilian Teleservices Association is the main representative of the teleservices sector in Brazil - which employs more than 1.5 million workers.
Their communication challenges included increasing society's visibility of improvements in the telemarketing sector and taking a stand on the major regulatory issues affecting companies
ABT's work is essential for fostering dialogue between companies in the sector, identifying market trends and creating an environment conducive to the development of increasingly efficient solutions. In addition, the association seeks to make society aware of the importance of the sector, which not only facilitates access to products and services, but also boosts the economy and promotes social inclusion.

Strategy

Paradigm shift
The main point raised by the organization was society’s lack of visibility of the fact that the teleservices sector has changed – companies have evolved, customers are more satisfied and the job market is more attractive. That’s why it’s important that this new paradigm reaches everyone – customers, employees, public officials.

In-depth understanding of the sector and sectoral public policies
As the representative body of a very important sector of the economy, as well as being inclusive and diverse, a thorough understanding of its dynamics and how it can be affected by public policies was essential. Ryto’s consultants spoke with the largest companies, with specialists in tax and labor law, and brought all their public policy know-how to the table.

Relationship and Awareness
We created assertive agendas with journalists and opinion leaders, communicating with government bodies, the market and society. The correct identification of transmission channels was essential in this regard, from regional to national vehicles with wide circulation.

Digital Presence
We planned and created posts for ABT’s LinkedIn, reinforcing the messages we had designed, and restructured the Association’s website.

Regulatory risk
We map regulatory risk and monitor crises.
